Beadle & Grimm’s Unveils New Ravenloft: The Horrors Within Box Set

Third-party D&D publisher Beadle & Grimm’s is officially heading back to the Domains of Dread with their new Strahd’s Silver Edition Box Set of Ravenloft the Horrors Within. The deluxe collection will feature maps, cards, player handouts, booklets and accessories that tie-in to the upcoming Ravenloft: The Horrors Within sourcebook. The set will be coming out later this summer but you can pre-order your copy now via the B&G website.

So just what can B&G and D&D fans expect from this set of high-end horror? Below, we dig up all the dreaded details.

What’s included in the Strahd’s Silver Edition Ravenloft: The Horrors Within box set?

The new box set contains the following:

• The complete Ravenloft: The Horrors Within book, broken down into a series of five smaller booklets for easier use at the table
• Tarroka Deck: This is the same Tarokka deck which is also officially being sold seperately by Wizards of the Coast.
• Bonus Adventure: Designed for Level 5 characters, the module is exclusive to the B&G set and takes place in Barovia, with players hired by the legendary Rudolph Van Richten call to put a powerful undead force to rest by bringing a murderer to justice.
• 17 Oversized Encounter Cards: Each card is based on one of the Darklords featured in the pages of The Horrors Within.
• 37 Standard Encounter Cards: These are based on the new monsters found in the Appendix of The Horrors Within.

• 16 Battle Maps: These are associated with the one-shot adventures listed in The Horrors Within and are gridded for use with miniatures.
• 22 Domain and Area Maps: The maps are each 8.5″ x 11” in size and detail key locations of the various Domains of Dread featured in The Horrors Within.
• Cthulhu Mist Talisman: This is a metal skull and tentacle amulet focused on Cthulhu (who is a new Darklord added to The Horrors Within supplement).
• 11 In-world handouts : These include letters, notes and in-game content (notably, one of the handouts is for the bonus adventure included in the B&G sest).
• 11 Dark Gift and Magic Item Cards: These are also based on the new character options featured in The Horrors Within.
• Haunted Bastion Player Aid: This fully-mapped haunted church Bastion was created exclusively for the B&G set.

How much is the Strahd’s Silver Edition Ravenloft: The Horrors Within box set?

The Premium Map collection box set retails for $225 USD (not including shipping and handling), which is comparable to some of the other recent Beadle & Grimm’s sets we’ve seen. Notably, the B&G website does also offer interest-free instalments via their ShopPay program, if you don’t want to pay everything up front.

When is the new Beadle & Grimm’s Ravenloft box set coming out?

An exact date has not yet been announced, but it will likely be sometime later this summer or in the early fall of 2026. Notably, the base D&D sourcebook for Ravenloft: The Horrors Within is slated for released on June 16th, 2026, so you may have to wait a few months before you’re able to use the box set.

Final Thoughts

The new Strahd’s Silver Edition box set isn’t the first time Beadle & Grimm’s has ventured into Ravenloft. In fact, back in late 2020 the company actually released a Legendary Edition Curse of Strahd box set that’s arguably one of its most popular products. Whether this new set will pack the same level of deluxe dread, however, remains to be seen.
